Soooo I couldn't resist and got into the sweet addiction of making pocket
letters:) How could any crafter resist, right?
Although I have been crafting for a while now, until a year ago I had very
few supplies. This has dramatically changed since then, though:) It has come to
the point where I can officially call myself a hoarder. And while I am still
missing basic tools, I have hoarded a lot of paper pads, gems, sequence, stickers
etc, you know, the normal things. Like many of you, I tend to hoard the things
I like best, weird, right?
I see pocket letters as a great opportunity to not only meet some amazing
people from all over the world, but also to use up my stash. While I love card
making, I typically need a subject, a goal to sit me down to create. This is how
PLs stimulate my creativity- you typically have a theme, barely any
restrictions on materials etc., you might have a plan when you first sit down,
but you get so many new ideas while you are actually working on it. After an
hour of PL-ing, I have so many ideas for projects and cards and albums, I had
to start writing it all down.
And with no further ado- here is the first ever PL I created.
I got use the glitter gel pens I got a year ago and I got to use Distress
inks to actually blend rather then watercolour. It is far away from perfect but
I had fun making it and I got inspired by -drum roll- myself!!!!!
If you would like me to say exactly what I did and used, just say the word
and I will add that to this post!
Have a creative day!
Vessy
