Pocket letter #2

Hello all,

I am back with another PL I made for a gall who wanted to learn a bit from where I am from. So I made a letter on my country- Bulgaria. However I did squeeze in 2 cards on Holland as it has become home as well.

I will just briefly talk about the crazy materials I used on a couple of cards. The first thing I just had to try to incorporate is a vinyl tile-decoration thing I have with the windmill and in Delft blue colour (both very Dutch ). I wrapped it around a white card and added a couple of sequins to turn it into a shaker. Although the sequins don't move that much, it still looks quite cool.
The second crazy thing I tried is to write with Washi tape. It is more difficult that you'd think, especially the rounded letters. After a couple of tries, I am happy with how it turned out. The yellow is a bit too light, but in person, it's readable. In case you are wondering what 'Nod for no' stands for: in Bulgaria we say yes and no opposite to the rest of the world- we Nod to say no:) We do adapt when talking to foreigner thought:) Just if it wasn't confusing enough.

Everything else is pretty self explanatory. I inlay die-cut the butterfly and the hello on the title card, coloured the cow with glitter gel pens, stamped and coloured the roses with Distress ink and Wink of Stella-ed them for a bit of sparkle.
Happy to answer any other questions you may have, just shoot!

Have a creative day!
Vessy
